About LogicWeft Salon
LogicWeft Salon is a WooCommerce plugin for salons and spas. Clients pick a service, add extras and choose a stylist, or pick "anyone" and take the first free chair. They can book as a guest, pay in full online or pay at the salon, and reschedule or cancel from My Account within the policy you set.
Services are WooCommerce products and appointments are WooCommerce orders, so your payment gateways, taxes, coupons and reports keep working, and a bottle of shampoo goes in the same cart as a haircut.
The front desk runs the day from the Operator App: a Today board with every appointment by status, a calendar across all stylists, a walk-in queue, and controls for running late or pausing bookings. Stylists open My day on their phone to see the client in the chair, with an allergy banner and their last notes. At closing, the owner checks the totals and locks the day.

What it does
Online booking
Services, add-ons and back-to-back slots. Clients choose a stylist or "anyone", and can book without an account.
Pay online or at the salon
Take full payment at checkout or let clients pay on the day, with a cancellation policy and windows you control.
Today board
Every appointment by status, with Arrived, In chair and Finish in one tap. Run late or pause online booking when the day slips.
Calendar by stylist
The whole day across every stylist, so the front desk can see where a walk-in or a reschedule fits.
Walk-ins and waitlist
A walk-in queue with wait estimates, a QR join page for the door, and a waitlist for fully booked days.
Stylist My day
On the stylist's phone: the client in the chair with a timer, an allergy banner, last notes and Start and Finish.
Client cards
Visit history, notes, allergies and preferences for every client, open from the Today board.
Checkout and day close
Mark appointments paid by cash, card or UPI, send the receipt, then close the day with totals that match WooCommerce.

Deposits and no-show fees
Deposit rules per service, late-cancel and no-show fees by policy, and the balance settled at the counter.
Packages and memberships
Sell packages and memberships with renewals, and redeem credits at checkout.

Counter POS
