How to reach us

  • Email support

The fastest route for a technical problem. Write to support@logicweft.com with the details below.

  • Through your channel

Free plugins have a support forum on the WordPress.org Plugin Directory. Premium purchases have a support ticket attached to your WooCommerce order. Both reach us, so use whichever is easier.

  • Everything else

Feature requests, custom work, licensing questions, or press: hello@logicweft.com.

Before you write

What to include in your request

Sending these five things up front usually saves a full round trip.

  1. Plugin name and version

Found under Plugins → Installed Plugins in your WordPress admin. The exact version number matters, because the bug may already be fixed.

  2. WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP versions

WooCommerce → Status shows all three on one screen. Copy the System Status report if you can.

  3. Steps that reproduce the problem

What you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead. A problem we can reproduce is usually a problem we can fix the same week.

  4. Any error message or log entry

The full text, not a paraphrase. WooCommerce → Status → Logs and your server's PHP error log are the usual places.

  5. Free or premium, and your order reference

Tell us which version you are running. If it is a premium version, include the email you bought with or your order number so we can find your licence and prioritise the request.

Where your plugin came from

Which channel you installed or bought from affects how licensing, updates, and refunds work, but not how you reach us.

  • FREE

    WordPress.org Plugin Directory

Our free plugins are published on WordPress.org, the directory built into every WordPress install. Install them under Plugins → Add New and get updates the same way as any other directory plugin. No account with us, no licence key.

  • PREMIUM

    LogicWeft store

Where a free plugin has a paid tier, the premium version is sold here on logicweft.com as a yearly licence. Paddle.com, our reseller, handles payment, tax and invoices; your licence key, downloads and updates come from your LogicWeft account. Every purchase has a 14-day refund.

Frequently asked questions

Not covered here? support@logicweft.com and we will answer.

  • Where do I get LogicWeft plugins?

Through two official channels. Free plugins are published on the WordPress.org Plugin Directory and install from your WordPress admin under Plugins → Add New. Premium versions are sold here on logicweft.com (see Pricing), with Paddle.com as our reseller, and downloaded from your account at account.logicweft.com. If a site other than those two offers you a LogicWeft plugin, it is not an authorised copy.

  • Is there a free version, a paid version, or both?

It depends on the plugin, and every plugin on our Plugins page is labelled Free, Premium, or Free + Premium so you can tell at a glance. Where we offer both, the free version on WordPress.org is built to do a real job on its own rather than act as a locked demo.

  • Do I need a licence key or an account with LogicWeft?

No. Free plugins from the WordPress.org Plugin Directory need nothing from us at all. For a premium version, you get a licence key by email when you buy, and an account at account.logicweft.com where you download the plugin, manage your sites and billing, and get a new key if you lose one. You sign in with a one-time email link: there is no password.

  • How do I get support for a plugin I installed or purchased?

Email support@logicweft.com with the plugin name and a description of the problem. For a free plugin, the WordPress.org support forum for that plugin also reaches us. For a premium plugin, include the email you bought with or your order number and we will find your licence.

  • What should I include in a support request?

The plugin name and version, whether you are on the free or premium version, your WordPress and WooCommerce versions, your PHP version, the exact steps that produce the problem, and any error message or log output. A staging-site URL helps when the issue is visual.

  • How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to respond within two business days, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm IST. Complex issues may take longer to resolve, but you will get an acknowledgement and a status update within that window. Premium customers are prioritised when there is a queue; free-plugin users still get a real answer.

  • Do you take feature requests?

Yes. Send them to hello@logicweft.com. We read every request. We cannot commit to a timeline for any individual feature, and we will tell you plainly if something is out of scope rather than leave it open-ended.

  • Do you offer refunds?

Free plugins cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Every premium purchase and renewal can be refunded within 14 days, for any reason: see the refund policy. If the problem is a defect, tell us too. In most cases we would rather fix it.

  • Can you build a custom plugin for my store?

We take on a limited amount of custom work. Describe what you need at hello@logicweft.com, including your deadline and budget range, and we will tell you whether it is a fit.
