Legal
Terms
The terms on which you use this website and our plugins. Effective 6 November 2026.
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by LogicWeft, an independent software developer based in Andhra Pradesh, India (“LogicWeft”, “we”, “us”). By using logicweft.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is
This site describes LogicWeft and our WooCommerce plugins, tells you how to get support, and is where premium versions of our plugins are sold (see Pricing). Buying one gives you a customer account at account.logicweft.com, where you download the plugin and manage your licence.
3. How our plugins are distributed
We distribute through two official channels.
Free plugins are published on the WordPress.org Plugin Directory. Your download and installation from that directory is governed by WordPress.org’s terms and by the licence accompanying the plugin, not by a contract of sale with us.
Premium versions are sold on logicweft.com. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes your payment, accounts for the tax that applies in your country (our prices include it), issues your invoice, and handles billing enquiries and returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. We may later also sell premium versions on the WooCommerce Marketplace; a purchase made there is governed by WooCommerce’s terms.
A LogicWeft plugin obtained anywhere other than these channels is not an authorised copy; we cannot support it and we do not warrant it.
3a. Premium licences
- Plans. Each plan allows a number of live websites. Local and staging copies of a site don’t count.
- Subscription. Licences are yearly and renew automatically at the price shown when you renew. We will tell you at least 30 days before a renewal if the price changes. You can cancel at any time from your account; the licence then ends at the end of the year you paid for.
- What a licence gives. Updates and support for the sites on your plan while it is active. It does not switch features on or off: the plugin keeps working if you don’t renew, but updates and support stop.
- Offers. An offer such as the New Year offer applies to the first year of a new licence only, within the limits and dates stated with it, and can’t be combined with other discounts. Renewals are at the regular price.
- Refunds. Within 14 days of a purchase or a renewal, for any reason: see the refund policy.
- Your account and key. You sign in to account.logicweft.com with a one-time link we email you. Keep your licence key private: anyone with it can activate sites on your plan. You can get a new key from your account at any time.
- Licence checks. A premium plugin checks its licence with account.logicweft.com when you activate it and once a day. See the Privacy Policy for what it sends.
4. Licence to use our plugins
Our plugins are licensed, not sold. Plugin code published on the WordPress.org Plugin Directory is distributed under the GNU General Public License, as that directory requires. Premium versions are also licensed under the GPL; the licence key and subscription are for updates, support and your account, and don’t restrict your rights under the GPL. The specific licence for any release is stated in that release, and it governs over any summary given here.
Your licence does not include the right to present our plugins as your own work, to remove or alter copyright notices, or to redistribute them in a way that breaches the applicable licence, or the WordPress.org Plugin Directory guidelines.
5. Support
Support is provided by email, and through the WordPress.org support forum for a free plugin, as described on our Support page. We aim to respond within two business days, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm IST. That is a target for a first response, not a guaranteed resolution time, and it is not a service level agreement.
Support does not cover:
- Custom development, bespoke modifications, or writing code for your site.
- Problems caused by another plugin, a theme, or server configuration outside our plugin, though we will usually help you identify the source.
- Modified copies of our plugins. If you have changed the code, we will ask you to reproduce the issue on an unmodified install.
- General WordPress, WooCommerce, or hosting administration.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own store: for keeping backups, for testing updates on a staging site before applying them to production, and for the WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and server environment our plugin runs in. Please take a backup before installing or updating any plugin, including ours.
7. Intellectual property on this site
The content of this website (text, layout, graphics, and the LogicWeft name and logo) belongs to LogicWeft, except where stated otherwise. You may link to these pages and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale or present our material as your own.
WordPress, WooCommerce, and other product names mentioned here are trademarks of their respective owners. LogicWeft is an independent developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. We reference them only to describe what our plugins work with.
8. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. Descriptions of plugins that are still in development describe our intent at the time of writing and may change before release; they are not a commitment to ship any particular feature on any particular date.
9. Third-party links
Where we link to another website, such as the WordPress.org Plugin Directory or Paddle, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you are there.
10. Warranties and liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in respect of this website and its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicWeft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data, arising out of your use of this website. Warranties and liability relating to a plugin you purchased are governed by the licence and the licence terms applicable to that plugin: the GPL, and for a premium purchase also section 3a and Paddle’s buyer terms. Free software is provided without warranty, as that licence states.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here affects any statutory consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms took effect on 6 November 2026.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which we do not seek to remove.
