Refund policy
If a premium plugin isn't right for your store, you get your money back. No questions, no forms to argue with.
Premium plugins are sold on logicweft.com through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how.
14 days, for any reason
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a premium plugin, and within 14 days of each yearly renewal. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Email support@logicweft.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Tell us the order number if you have it.
- Or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, where you can look up your order.
We approve refunds within two working days. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with; your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
What happens to your licence
A refunded licence stops getting updates and support, and can no longer activate sites. The plugin, and your data in it, keep working on sites where it is installed: we never switch features off. To go back to the free version, deactivate the premium plugin and activate the free one from WordPress.org; your settings and data stay.
Cancelling a renewal
Licences renew every year. To stop a renewal, cancel from your account (Manage billing) at any time before the renewal date. The licence then ends at the end of the year you paid for, and you are not charged again. If a renewal has already gone through, the 14-day refund above applies.
Discounts
A refund returns what you actually paid. If you bought with an offer such as the New Year offer, that is the discounted price.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights under consumer law where you live; it does not take any away. See also our Terms.
