Plattivo is a WooCommerce plugin for restaurants, cafés and takeaways. Customers order pickup, delivery or dine-in from their phone, or scan the QR code on their table and order from there. New orders show up on the orders board at the counter and on a kitchen screen for the cooks. Tickets, receipts and packing slips print automatically, and if a print fails it tries again.
It runs inside your own WooCommerce store, so the orders, the customer list and the payments stay with you. It uses the payment gateways, currencies and tax settings you already have, works with block and classic checkout, and supports both HPOS and the older order storage.
Your staff get the Operator App. Owners, counter staff, kitchen and waiters each see the screens they need. It installs to a phone or tablet home screen without an app store and keeps working if the Wi-Fi drops for a moment.

Online ordering
Pickup, delivery and dine-in, with modifiers, combos, notes, dietary labels and allergens. Regulars can reorder in one tap.
QR table ordering
Guests scan the code on their table and order and pay from their phone. The order goes straight to the counter and the kitchen.
Kitchen display
Tickets with timers, notes highlighted in red and a one-tap Ready button. Works in any tablet browser and keeps the screen awake.
Printing that recovers
Kitchen tickets, receipts and packing slips from the browser or as PDFs. Failed prints retry, and staff get an alert if a printer is down.
Orders board
Accept or reject orders (with a reason), set ready times and follow each order from new to handed over. New orders play a sound.
86 a dish in one tap
Mark a dish or option as sold out and it disappears from the customer menu straight away.
Busy mode and pause
Add extra minutes when it gets busy, set opening hours and closures, and pause delivery, pickup or QR ordering separately.
