Questions
What happens if I don't renew?
Plattivo Pro keeps working, with all its features, on every site where it is installed. Updates and support stop until you renew.
How do I install it?
After checkout we email your licence key. Sign in to your account at account.logicweft.com with the same email, download Plattivo Pro, upload it under Plugins → Add New, and enter the key in its licence settings.
Which sites count towards my plan?
Each live website counts as one site. Local and staging copies (such as .local, .test or staging. addresses) are free. You can move a licence between sites from your account.
Who handles payment and invoices?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, includes the right tax for your country in the price, sends the invoice, and handles billing questions and returns.
Every purchase and renewal can be refunded within 14 days: see the refund policy.
